Pegasus has a complete offshore topsides, automation and control, structural, installation, umbilical, subsea and pipelines engineering and design capability.  Our personnel bring a range of experience from Operators, Installation Contractors and Equipment Suppliers.  An important feature of our approach is to offer flexibility with respect to the particular Client and project demands.  In addition to staffing projects in Pegasus' offices, we can provide specific individuals or an entire project team in our clients' offices.

Engineering Design

Facilities, structural, electrical and instrumentation, and pipelines engineering services which include feasibility studies, conceptual designs, FEED, detailed design, installation, hookup and commissioning assistance.

Project Management

Project Management activities including project planning, costing, scheduling, contracting philosophy and Authorities / Third Party Interfacing.

Expediting / Procurement

Document preparation and client support during purchasing phases followed by the provision of technical support and vendor inspection services.

Construction Management

Technical and inspection support during installation through to commissioning, both offsite and site based.
